This was one of those pleasant discoveries you make on a road trip. This museum was especially great for toddlers and preschool aged kids. You can go into all the different buildings and take a look around. They did a great job of making everything visible to even the smallest visitors, which means I didn't have to repeatedly lift my kids to help them see the exhibits. The barn, train, and ringing the church bell were all highlights.
Very interesting. Worth the stop.
Love checking the old historical items! Old shops, school, gas station, store, church, farming items, butcher shop!! Also local history! Very COOL!!
The main building provides more information and is also air conditioned. Overall this was an excellent stop and well worth the admission price ($6 per adult).
Alot of walking, but very informative.
History of the American West at your fingertips... A walk back into the past of a glimpse of the mighty people of the Crow Reservation and their power to sustain their tribal way of life! Beautiful People indeed!
