Banana split could have been made a little better should. Okay a lot better. I love pineapples and my split had barely any. I don't expect picture perfect but damn portion a little better.
The cashier at the drive thru window took our order extremely rude and acknowledge it as well. Overall her customer service needs additional training or she needs to find a different job that fits her knowledge and experience.
They have wi-fi, but not for customers. I should have gone to McDonalds.
Im giving 1 star and thats being nice also it wont let me give zero stars. My hamburger looked like a flat sandwhich with bad lettuce and veggies all over my wrapper instead of in my sandwhich. Fries sucked. At least the pepsi was good.
Whom ever owns this place should send in some secret shoppers so they can get a first hand report of the poor customer service. Maybe they don't believe the other poor reviews.
